Have We Met?
I'm LUDIA, your AI-powered Universal Design for Learning thought partner.
Learn to Use LUDIA
This short guide walks you through LUDIA one step at a time — starting a chat, saving or clearing it, adjusting text size, switching themes, choosing your language, and setting notifications.
1. Start a chat

When you open LUDIA, you'll see a welcome message and a message box. Type your question or request in the box and send it to begin. LUDIA is your thought partner, so you can keep the conversation going with follow-up questions.
Save, reopen, or clear a chat

Below the message box are three actions.
- Upload a chat you saved earlier, as an HTML file.
- Download your current chat to your device, as an HTML file.
- Clear the conversation and start over.
LUDIA does not keep your chats, so saving is the only way to keep a copy.
2. Set the text size

Open Settings (the gear icon) and choose the Accessibility tab. Under Font Size, move the slider between Small, Medium, and Large until the text is comfortable to read.
3. Choose light or dark theme

Open Settings and choose the General tab. Under Theme, choose System to match your device, Light for a bright background, or Dark for a darker background that can be easier on the eyes.
4. Choose your language

Open Settings and choose the General tab, then find the Language menu. Choose your language from the list, and LUDIA will respond in that language. You can change it again any time.
5. Set notifications

Open Settings and choose the Notifications tab. Under Position, choose where notifications appear on the screen. Turn on Automatic Dismiss if you want notifications to close on their own, and use Duration to choose how many seconds they stay on screen.
