About the creators
Beth Stark
Beth Stark is an educator and consultant who partners with schools, learning organisations, and institutions worldwide to reduce barriers and build strengths-based systems of support. Based in Germany, she brings together UDL, asset-based pedagogies, and thoughtful use of technology to create the conditions for lasting change. Her focus on inclusion began in her early years teaching students who are blind and low vision. It deepened over sixteen years at an IB international school, where she served as Secondary School Learning Support Coordinator.
Beth's work spans accessibility, instructional design, and the design of learning environments. She holds CPACC certification, ISTE Certified Educator status, and the PTC Certificate for International School Leadership.

Jérémie Rostan is an experienced educator and school leader with over 15 years in international education across France, the U.S., China, Japan, and Panama. A former teacher, tech integration specialist, and instructional coach, he is set to become the next Middle School Principal at International School of Panama. An EDSAFE AI Fellow, Jérémie is passionate about transformative and responsible AI adaptation in a school context. Author of the ebooks AI@School and AI-Powered UDL Strategies, Jérémie also helps schools design strategic and technical solutions for their unique challenges and opportunities.
